What's going on?

The form of Dunfermline Athletic this season so far has been nothing but shambolic. Apart from a battling first day draw at Hibs, and a home victory against Dundee United (and our cup form) it's been a real lacklustre start to the season.

Sure we haven't had much luck with regard to injuries, but there again what SPL side doesn't have to cope with small squads and a long list of absences? One thing we had hoped would happen is that the players would give 100%, and no-one could inspire that more than Jim Leishman. But some of the players have put in displays more akin to someone who's been on a dole queue than a professional footballer.

Surely with some more effort from the playing staff, and a little less apathy from supporters, we can turn the corner. The threat of relegation is looming large. Anyone who can't see that now should start looking away quick.
