Dunfermline Athletic winger Willie Gibson has rejected a move to Crawley Town despite a £150,000 offer from the Conference club being accepted.The 26-year-old had picked up a number of player of the year awards at the Fife club after arriving from Kilmarnock last summer.
And Pars manager Jim McIntyre told his club website: "I am delighted that Willie has decided against the move.
"He is an important member of our squad here at East End Park."
Crawley's co-owner, Bruce Winfield, in July announced that the club's debts had been cleared and that, with the help of investors, funds had been released for new players.

Manager Steve Evans, whose side open their league campaign against Grimsby Town on Saturday, was told to assemble a squad capable of winning promotion to the Football League.
Gibson became a target and the Scottish Division One club's website revealed: "The Dunfermline Athletic Board reluctantly accepted the offer.
"But the player has turned down the move south because of a combination of personal terms and personal reasons."
Dunfermline began their own league campaign on Saturday with a 1-0 win away to relegated Falkirk.
