ONE WORD SPRINGS TO MIND...AMATUERISH!

East End Park at the next home game after Pars officials forget to bring the keys.
On arriving at East End Park today for their U19 match against the Pars youngsters Motherwell were met with the news that the game would not go ahead...due to an unmarked pitch!

I've heard of waterlogged pitches, I've heard of frozen pitches, but never once - in all my days as a football supporter and a youth footballer - have I heard of an unmarked pitch causing a game to be postponed.

With Jim Leishman confirming that an order of paint had not arrived on time - causing the match to be postponed - this latest calamity is just the latest in a long line of embarrassments concerning the club that we know and love.

If it's not the failure to conclude contract negotiations because of a sick typist or not being allowed to play our UEFA Cup home matches on our home pitch then it's another thing.

I don't think the term 'laughing stock' even goes close to summing up the Pars setup these days!
