MARADONA REJECTS PARS

According to BBC Scotland the 'Maradona to sign for Pars' saga appears to be finally over with the young Italian rejecting the Pars contract offer.
The report also stated that the contract offer would not be increased by the Pars due to the strict financial budget under which the club now runs.
Only days ago it was reported that Maradona Jnr was almost certain to accept the contract offer.
Is this finally an end to a story packed with more twists and turns than anyone could care to remember?
Who knows?! All that appears to be clear is that w
ith the new season fast approaching one can only hope that this story comes to an end sooner rather than later so the Pars can get down to the serious business on the pitch, instead of being pre-occupied with events off it!
