Gallacher Signs New Contract

Paul Gallacher today signed a new three year contract with the club that will keep him at the club to the summer of 2011.

Gallacher who joined the Pars in August from Norwich on loan to January. This deal later turned into a permanent transfer to the end of the season once Paul had been released from his Norwich contract which was due to finish in the summer of 2008.

Gallacher who started his career with Dundee Utd in 1997 becoming the number one keeper a few years later, he moved to Norwich in 2004 on a free transfer. He did not get his first start to after 2 years due to a inform Robert Green.

When new manager Peter Grant joined Norwich he decided to bring in a few more keepers which saw Paul move down the peking order, with his opportunities limited Paul joined the Pars on loan in August 2007.
