CLYDE KEEPER SIGNS FOR PARS

The search for a back-up keeper to Derek Stillie due to the impending departure of Jamie Langfield is over, with the news that the Pars have tied up Clyde keeper Bryn Halliwell.

The 24-year-old has won many admirers for his performances at the Broadwood club and has recently been linked with a number of clubs with his contract set to run out.

But despite being managerless the Pars have made the move to snap up the young keeper on a two-year deal as competition for current number one Derek Stillie.

With Stillie playing in every single Pars match so far this season the task of removing him from the Pars first-team will undoubtedly be a very tough one, although I'm sure Halliwell will be more than up to that task.
